Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The product (s) should be packed well so that they do not break during return. If this happens, the responsibility passes to the customer.
Cosmetics have no right of return.
Before returning the product, contact our customer service email@example.com, and we will check the right of return and provide return instructions.
Please note that the mere return of the goods, or failure to collect the package without separate notice, does not fall within the scope of the right of return. The notification obligation is fulfilled by agreeing on the return with the Kaurila sauna staff by e-mail. For non-collected packages, we charge a separate fee to cover the shipping and return costs of the package. The fee is € 13.50.
If the products are returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will not reimburse the postage costs, but will charge them in accordance with the current price table of Posti.
If there are broken or incorrect products in the order, please notify Kaurila Sauna immediately after the arrival of the package so that we can agree on replacement products or a refund of the purchase amount as soon as possible. In addition, it is worth taking pictures of packaging and product damage, if possible, in order to facilitate complaints to Posti, for example.
If you want to return the product, contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will check the return right and provide additional instructions for return.
Once you have received a confirmation from our customer service for the return, you can return the order. In this case, include the following information: a copy of the order receipt or other list of products to be returned, as well as your contact information (name, address, telephone number) so that we know from whom the return came.
Return your shipment via Posti.
After an approved return, we will refund the transaction amount within approximately two weeks. Money will be refunded through Checkout, which handles our payment systems. The money will be returned to where the original order payment was made.
