Bentonite clay can be used as a face or hair mask or it can be used like dry shampoo. According to Sauna Elves, it is rich in minerals and lovingly takes care of your skin. Positive Elves know that Clay in negatively charged and therefore attracts heavy metals and oils.
Tip: Be patient when mixing clay in liquids. The liquid can be pure water, yogurt or apple wine vinegar.
