Kaurilan Sauna’s old-fashioned beeswax candles burn beatifully with strong flame and fill the whole room with honey-like scent.

Beeswax has been used in candles over 5000 years. This traditional candle ignites the history alive with its pure flame. It has been noticed that beeswax candles are best option for chemical sensitive and people with respiratory diseases.

Kaurilan Sauna’s beeswax candles are made from 100% beeswax, which is gathered from EU. The wax is dyed in Finland with certified German candle dyes. The yellow (natural) candle is dye-free.

Many of the cheaper beeswax candles has other ingredients mixed with the beeswax. We recommend checking the ingredients and wax’s origin.

Beeswax candles stay good basically forever and we recommend have them in cool place, away from light. These candles fit basically any candlestick since the wax is soft and can be shaped easily. We suggest to warm up the bottom of the candle a little with your hand before pressing the candle in the candlestick.

You can increase the shine of the candle by carefully warming up the candle’s surface with hairdryer.

The beeswax is ecological by-product of honey industry and thaw wax is gathered without hurting the bees.
