Verkkokaupasta ostettujen tuotteiden palautus on aina maksutonta, kun sovitte asiasta kanssamme. 

Verkkokaupasta ostetuilla tuotteilla on 14 päivän palautusoikeus. Palautusoikeus koskee vain alkuperäispakkauksissa olevia käyttämättömiä ja myyntikelpoisia tuotteita. Tuote/tuotteet tulee pakata hyvin, jotta ne eivät rikkoudu palautuksessa. Mikäli näin käy, vastuu siirtyy asiakkaalle. Huomioithan, että emme palauta tilauksen alkuperäisiä postikuluja palautusten yhteydessä, tämä koskee myös noutamattomia paketteja.

Tuotteiden palauttaminen tai paketin noutamatta jättäminen ilman erillistä ilmoitusta, ei mene palautusoikeuden piiriin. Ilmoitusvelvollisuus täyttyy sopimalla palautuksesta Kaurilan Saunan henkilökunnan kanssa sähköpostitse. Kosmetiikkatuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta.

Noutamattoman paketin sekä uudelleenlähettämisen kustannukset määräytyvät kuljetusyhtiön voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisesti.

Uudelleen lähettäminen onnistuu ostamalla verkkokaupasta tuotte Noutamattoman paketin uudelleen lähetys. Paketin uudelleen lähettämisen kulu on 14,20€ (postipaketti 5,90€+ Noutamattoman paketin palautumiskustannus 8,30€).

Mikäli paketti on jäänyt noutamatta ja haluat perua kaupan perimme maksun, joka kattaa paketin palautumisesta aiheutuvat kulut. Maksun suuruus on 8,30€. Tämä vähennetään tuotteen kauppahinnasta.  Huomioithan, että emme palauta tilauksen alkuperäisiä postikuluja.

Mikäli tuotteet palautuvat meille asiakkaan antamien virheellisten osoitetietojen vuoksi, emme korvaa postituskuluja, vaan veloitamme ne kuljetusyhtiön voimassaolevan hinnaston mukaisesti.

Palautusohjeet

Ennen tuotteen palautusta ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme shop@kaurilansauna.fi, niin tarkistamme palautusoikeuden ja annamme palautusohjeet. 

Jos haluat palauttaa tuotteen, ole aina ensin yhteydessä asiakaspalveluun (shop@kaurilansauna.fi), niin tarkistamme palautusoikeuden ja annamme lisäohjeet palautusta varten.

Kun olet saanut asiakaspalvelustamme vahvistuksen palautukselle, voit palauttaa tilauksen. Liitä tällöin mukaan seuraavat tiedot: tilauksen kuittikopio tai muu lista palautettavista tuotteista sekä yhteystietosi (nimi, osoite, puhelinnumero), jotta tiedämme keneltä palautus on tullut.

Hyväksytyn palautuksen jälkeen palautamme kauppasumman noin kahden viikon kuluessa. Rahat palautetaan maksujärjestelmiämme hoitavan Paytrailin kautta. Raha palautuu sinne, mistä alkuperäinen tilauksen maksu on tapahtunut.

Reklamaatio-ohje

Mikäli tilauksessa on rikkinäisiä, viallisia tai vääriä tuotteita, teethän näistä ilmoituksen Kaurilan Saunalle heti paketin saapumisen jälkeen, jotta pystymme sopimaan korvaavista tuotteista tai kauppasumman palautuksesta pikaisesti. Älä hävitä viallista tuotetta ennen kuin reklamaatiosi on käsitelty loppuun. Pakkaus- ja tuotevaurioista tulee lisäksi ottaa kuvat ja kuvissa tulee näkyä tuotepakkaus ja tuotteen eränumero.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return. The right of return only applies to unused and marketable products in the original packaging. The product (s) should be packed well so that they do not break during return. If this happens, the responsibility passes to the customer.

Cosmetics and undergarments have no right of return.

Before returning the product, contact our customer service shop@kaurilansauna.fi, and we will check the right of return and provide return instructions.

Please note that the mere return of the goods, or failure to collect the package without separate notice, does not fall within the scope of the right of return. The notification obligation is fulfilled by agreeing on the return with the Kaurilan Sauna staff by e-mail. For non-collected packages, we charge a separate fee to cover the shipping and return costs of the package. 

If the products are returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will not reimburse the postage costs, but will charge them in accordance with the current price table of Posti.

Return Instructions

If you want to return the product, contact customer service (shop@kaurilansauna.fi), and we will check the return right and provide additional instructions for return.

Once you have received a confirmation from our customer service for the return, you can return the order. In this case, include the following information: a copy of the order receipt or other list of products to be returned, as well as your contact information (name, address, telephone number) so that we know from whom the return came.

Complaints instructions

If there are broken, defective or incorrect products in the order, please report them to Kaurila Sauna immediately after the package arrives, so that we can agree on replacement products or a refund of the purchase amount quickly. Do not dispose of the defective product until your complaint has been processed. You must also take pictures of packaging and product damage, and the pictures must show the product packaging and the product's batch number.

Return your shipment via Posti.

After an approved return, we will refund the transaction amount within approximately two weeks. Money will be refunded through Paytrail, which handles our payment systems. The money will be returned to where the original order payment was made.
